Macclesfield Brunswick Wesleyan Methodist Chapel

Imperial War Museum Reference 57518 (information currently out of date).

This Roll of Honour is from the Brunswick Wesleyan Methodist Chapel in an area of Macclesfield which was formerly part of Sutton. Once known at Bridge Street, off Mill Lane, the street on which it stands was renamed to Chapel Street to avoid confusion with the Bridge Street in Macclesfield. The chapel closed in 1986 and has been converted into apartments.

The Roll of Honour was designed by renowned Manchester artist Alan Tabor, and is now held by Cheshire Archives in Chester, ref. D/5306.
