Film – “War School” (15+) – a different take on Remembrance!

It was meant to be “Never Again”, but what do today’s UK Veterans have to say?

“Why would a Veteran throw away his medals?”

“Is perpetual war really what we need for future generations?”

Everyone aged 15 and over is welcome to attend a free showing of this controversial film. This documentary is set against a backdrop of Remembrance with veterans speaking out about the rise of militarism in civilian life.

The film interweaves the powerful and moving testimonies of veterans of Britain’s unbroken century of war with personal accounts and archive footage.

“War School” challenges the myth of Britain’s benign role in world affairs and asks if perpetual war is really what we want for future generations.
